A beautiful urn with butterfly. This urn is made of 2 mm coated steel. Inside the solid wood base is an ash container. In this you can place the ash-tube provided and then close it with the aluminium adhesive round. A beautiful memorial in which a symbolic amount of cremation ash can be incorporated as a memento and which is emotionally close to the deceased. A butterfly urn in which it is not immediately apparent from the outside that it contains ashes. Because not all the ashes can be contained in this urn, you can choose to divide several urns among the family, so they can all keep a tangible reminder with them. Meaning butterfly urn

Generally, a butterfly is considered a liberating symbol. As a symbol, the butterfly symbolises the immortal soul and the brevity of life, this because of its tenderness and short life span. Material

The object is made of 2mm steel. The steel is then powder coated. The plinth is solid wood and hand-finished and coloured. At the back of the plinth is a recess containing a plastic lockable ash canister. The canister provides space for a symbolic amount of ashes. The recess can be neatly sealed by means of an enclosed self-adhesive aluminium round. NB: wood is a natural product, it may contain knots or irregularities and under the influence of dry or humid air it may start to work and cracks may appear.
